This week we do a number of stretches you can do in 1 minute as a break from work. We also go back to practicing breath of fire. For meditation we do a simple relaxation meditation.
This week week we do some stretching exercises to help with neurological pathways, breathing for increased energy and meditation to help enter into the observer state.
