Today we did pyramid breath:

Meditation
Today we did a meditation to help clear the subconscious:
- Alternate touching thumb to index, middle, ring and pinky fingers
- Chat the syllables “Sa, Ta, Na Ma,” one syllable per finger touched with thumb
