In this class we start with a massage and stretching exercise for the major joints. This helps to let oxygen, nutrients and energy move through the body.

Then we do long deep breathing for a while to open and supply our blood stream, lungs, heart and organs. This will also help aid and relax joint pain over time.

Finally we close with a relaxation and visualization meditation where we imagine bright light filling our body and space around us. This helps to brighten our mood and cleanse the space around us.
