Two Part Breath
This breathing exercise allows you to increase the amount of air you breath in with each breath. Breath in 50% and hold for a moment. Then inhale the additional 50% and hold your breath.

This practice helps us take long deep breathes bringing higher than normal levels of oxygen to the body and blood. It also helps clear and cleanse the mind.
In this breathing exercise we work on the powerful practice of taking a long deep breath and holding it for as long as you can. Do this a few times in a row.
This week we work on stretches for carpal tunnel, moving energy in the legs and butt. Then we do some hypoxia breathing technique for stress. We end with a mantra meditation: “I am calm. I am beautiful”
