Today we did pyramid breathe.

  • Long deep breathes in nose, out mouth

 

Meditation

Today we did the “Happiness Generation Meditation.”  This meditation is based on the Yogic principle of needing no reason to be happiness.  Happiness is a choice.  In this meditation you work to create a tangible feeling of love and happiness.  For the last minute, imagine people in your mind in their happiest and healthiest state possible.
