In this class we start with side to side stretches for opening the energy flow to spine and limbs. Followed by that do hip rolls to further open energy at the base of the spine and in the legs, groin and back.

Then we do some leg lift stretches, alternating legs. From there we further stretch the legs with squats, raising the arms up with hands out to open meridians in arms.

Finally we move down to ankle rolls to open energy flow into the feet.

The last moving exercise is to shake the body to increase the vigor of the body.

The meditation helps to shift and brighten our perspective. It involves focusing on a single task you need to do today and imagine seeing the situation going well as a practice in us shifting our perspectives.
