In this episode we work on getting blood and oxygen flow to the lower part of the body. This flow gets cut off and compressed when we sit a lot.

Start with legs wide, doing some swinging twists from side to side to warm up the spine.

Then legs wide, move the hips in a circular direction.

From there we do some leg lifts and toe lifts, ending with some jogging in place to loosen everything up some more.

Our breathing exercise today is Long Deep Breathing.

The meditation involves doing a guided body scan, bringing awareness and relaxation to each part of the body.
